First, cut the top and bottom off your can and flatten it out like so. I used regular scissors but imagine that metal cutters would be easier. You also probably want to clean the can too.
Next cut that piece in two and fold the edges down using the pliers about 1 or 2 inches like this photo.
Last of all, you can place some clear packing tape on the inside for added comfort. Be sure to make two holes n either end to add either a snap closure or a ribbon like I did.
And Voila!!! You are no wearing your recycling!
