You Will Need
For the salad, assemble:
100 g
Couscous
cooked with a pinch of dried parsley and coriander
100 g
Tinned
Black Lentils
Handful of
Pistachios
Handful of fresh
Coriander Leaves
For the dressing, mix:
1 tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp
Cider Vinegar
1 pinch
Of
Salt
and pepper
2 tbsp
Vegan lemon and coriander
Houmous

Step 1
For the salad, assemble:
100 g couscous cooked with a pinch of dried parsley
and coriander
100 g tinned black lentils
handful of pistachios
handful of fresh coriander leavesFor the dressing, mix:
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp cider vinegar
pinch of salt and pepper
2 tbsp vegan lemon and coriander houmousOMNIVORE
