  • How to make a washer necklace. Washer Necklace - Step 1
    Step 1

    You will need...
    1 Washer
1 Necklace (I just took the charm off a necklace I don't use)
    Scissors
    Pencil
    Paintbrush
    Deco-page or Mod Podge
    Paper or Fabric Scrap

    Step 2

Take your washer and place it on your paper or fabric and draw around with your pencil.

You can do like I did, and draw a bunch of circles until you find one that has a pattern you like :)

    Step 3

Now cut our your circle and hold it up to the washer, if your paper circle is a bit too big, trim it down and check again.

Apply glue to the washer, place your paper on top, and apply another thin layer of glue.

    Step 4

When your first layer of glue is all dry you can go ahead and add on another thick layer of glue to give it a nice top coat.

    Let it dry completely.

Now you can string it on to the necklace and wear it around!

You can mix it up buy stamping on a text, or embellish it with some glitter or rhinestones maybe.

Its all up to you on how you make it you own!
