About

I learnt to knit when I was 4 years old and was obsessed with making patch after patch of garter stitch only blankets for my dolls and teddies. Then when I was about 10 years old I finally completed a HUGE patchwork blanket for my bed, which left me feeling thoroughly accomplished so my knitting needles went into early retirement as I pursued other interests.

That was until I reached the grand old age of 18 and started an art degree at uni, at which time my needles came out of retirement and I stared experiments with different wools, needles and other bits and pieces to use for my work.

Since then I’ve made a whole array of clothing for babies and adults alike and lots of toys and home accessories too. I love, love, LOVE knitting and am always on the look out for new and exciting projects to begin. I’m currently part of a knitting group at work, which we began a few months ago to help spread the joy of clicking those two needles together.
