How did you find CO+K and why did you join?
I found CO+K through a Google search many many years ago. I joined because I had never seen a space full of people who were just as weird and creative like me! (And I still haven't found one quite like it.)
What projects are you currently working on?
I'm kind of going through an accessory phase and have been making a lot of clutches & purses. It's getting out of hand!

What does your craft space look like?
My craft space is a small back corner of my basement. Any other person would use a space like that for storing junk but I'm not like other people!
Which tool or craft supply do you use the most?
My pink jewelry pliers. I use them for anything and everything and a lot of times the projects they're getting for aren't even jewelry related. Pliers are the MacGyver of the craft world.
What do you craft along to?
I listen to a retro rock radio station to keep me motivated. I like to imagine the radio DJ is making a special crafting music playlist just for me!

My passion is in making jewelry. I don't like to play favorites but I guess I make necklaces more than anything else. I really love making anything as long as I get to be creative!
Hannah's Top Crafts
If you could learn one new craft or make anything, what would it be?
One thing I've always wanted is drawing skills. To be able to draw what I see in my mind would be cool. And I'd really like to try sewing an actual garment for myself.. even if I can't sew to save my life!
Who are your crafting heroes?
I blame my mom and Martha Stewart for my love of crafting!

My first favorite is upcycling eyeglass lenses and turning them into brooches. I love when mundane objects can become something special. It shouldn't come as a surprise that my second favorite is another jewelry tutorial. Barbie shoe earrings were one of the first jewelry projects I ever successfully attempted on my own. I consider them my gateway tutorial into jewelry making! For my third favorite I picked out a project from Tatty Devine. I'm over the moon for their line of jewelry and it blows my mind that a chip bag could become art! I like any project that helps me see think outside the box and this one does that for me.
