I've found Diamond Glaze to be quite a good sealant, but I try not to use pens because often when trying to seal them they just run and blur. The best pens, so far, have been Lumocolor by Staedler as they are wtaerproof on most surfaces (they don't smell as bad as Sharpies either lol)
