you have to learn the vocabluary by yourself. that s the part i can t assume for you.

it isnt the best german song i know, but it is okay and slow enough so that you understand the words.

what can you allready say in german?
i just found my old english book from the first year when i learned the language. i can translate the textes and so on, if you want.
it helped me to learn english, so it ll help you to learn german.
the textes are verry, verry easy (for 10 year old kids...) but they are verry helpfull.
the easiest are these things (i think):
1. my name is... -> you can say 'mein Name ist...' or 'ich heiße...'
2. hello -> hallo
3. i m ... years old. -> ich bin... jahre alt.
4. numbers from 1 to 10:
1 -> eins
2 -> zwei
3 -> drei
4 -> vier
5 -> fünf
6 -> sechs
7 -> sieben
8 -> acht
9 -> neun
10 -> zehn

5. in germany we ve got some other letters than in other countrys, like the 'ß' you speak like 's'. 'ß' is a spare for 'ss'.or 'ä', 'ö' and 'ü'.

in germany it is pretty normal, that you learn two or three languages at school, but i can speak a little bit italian and german sign language, too and i m learning a little, little bit japanese.
i think that s because nobody can speak german xD
