I worked for many years as a buyer for retail stores. I am now a stay-at-home-Mom that loves to create beautiful, functional and useful items for myself and the kids. I'm blown away by how much packaging and wasted energy goes into the products geared toward children. My mantra- reduce, reuse, remake. It is work in progress, something we as a family continue to strive for everyday.
