Swaps are awesome! You get a partner, make them some things usually based on a theme... although the newbie swap doesn't have a theme! And then ya send it out, and viola! Swap is finished! But it's really fun - usually you spend some time getting to know your partner and finding out what they like so you get a feel for what to make - but it's always awesome! Getting packages all the time - it's like Christmas all year. Tee Hee. You should sign up for the newbie swap!! Then you'll get paired with someone who has been around for a while to show you the ropes, and once that's done... if you like them... you can do lots of other ones! =)

haha, you should try it...
its quite easy. but practice is needed. i practiced on the tee i posted, for a tee my friend vera(into.your.arms) still hasn't posted....but by painting the badly-covered spots and altering the cassettes a little i still got a nice tee even if it failed. so if the tee doesn't look great....no worries, just draw on cute faces.

thanks! the tee is very easy to make though, just make the cassette shirt(original one) then draw faces on the cassettes.

Cross stitching is fairly simple once you get the hang of it...and very easy on the money. I love to do it....its relaxing to me. ^-^
