Born and raised in Michigan. It is and will always be home to me. I moved to Arizona on a whim 2 years ago. I left pretty much everything I owned in my dad's basement, not too mention I left behind a great group of friends and my family. I am still trying to adjust being out here in the desert (not really in the desert, but close). It's hot as hell like 9 months out of the year and it is completely different in so many aspects and ways than from what I was used to and comfortable with. I am still not sure what made me get on that plane and go through with the move to Arizona of all random places, but I felt like I needed a change, I didn't realize that I would completely change my life by relocating. I am still undecided if it was for the better or the worse, but I do know that if I were still in Michigan or here in Arizona I would still have my friends and family, no matter the distance between us they will all be in one place at the same time...In my heart. God! I sound like a damn Hallmark card!
