How did you find CO+K and why did you join?
I found CO+K in 2009 when I was starting my blog because I was bored at my summer job. It was the first real community I found online full of crafters and it was wonderfully eye-opening.
What projects are you currently working on?
This weekend I'm making an army of paper flowers from this new book I got for my birthday!

What does your craft space look like?
This is my living room/craft space. It NEVER looks this clean because I've always got some project strewn about on the floor. I'm developed a handy talent of getting Mod Podge off of hardwood floors out of necessity. ;)

What do you craft along to?
I love listening to my favorite TV shows while I work-- Mad Men, Game of Thrones, Downton Abbey... But I am obsessed with podcasts and Audible Audiobooks. I'm a huge fan of This American Life and Radiolab and I just finished The Goldfinch on audiobook. It's so peaceful to listen to stuff while you work.

If you could learn one new craft or make anything, what would it be?
I want to learn how to do silversmithing. I bought a soldering iron and have been working on odd jewelry projects with that, but I'd love to get even deeper into that world.

There are so many! I love the prettiness of these candy wrapper roses-- it's so surprising that something so nice is made from trash! I've always been in love with Oustapop Trashion's zipper collars, and these knitted kitties are the cutest. I actually messaged the creator of the kitties that I loved them and we set up a craft swap where she shipped me a knitted kittie and I shipped her one of my projects!
