I am so sorry it had taken me this long to get back to you about my armor. For molding it, avoid using a heat gun. A lot of people do that but the plastic bubbles. Actually, you are going to want to either 1. bake the plastic or 2. put the plastic in boiling water. I use the boiling water technique. It makes the plastic very easy to bend and you just mold it after its been heated.
