I'm 28 and live in Wellington, New Zealand - by day I am just another office worker but by night and in the weekend I am a committed crafter!

I am a founding member of a local craft group in Wellington called Crafty foxes. I'll try nearly any craft I can get my hands on but at the moment I am slowly mastering the craft of knitting (thank god for the step by step instructions in Stitch and Bitch) and I am going to try and teach myself crochet over my Christmas break.

I am currently undertaking a challenge with my friend Kat which consists of buying no new clothes for the next 6 months! Instead we must either make clothes from scratch or by second hand things and alter them into what we want.

When I am not crafting you can find me at gigs, movies and plays with my boyfriend Rich or out enjoying the great outdoors or perhaps even at my bellydancing class
