Sewing is my main hobby and job. I enjoy crafting of all sorts. I don't really remember when I started sewing but I know it was at my grandmothers making doll clothes and by the time I was six years old I had sewn my finger up in the sewing machine. People were strange back then, leaving a six year old alone in a room on a sewing machine! Anyway, that didn't squash my love of sewing but I don't have many memories after that of sewing till high school. This is where it payed off for my parents, a teenage girl who loved making her own clothes for a fraction of the cost as RTW. Then years down the road after I married and then having twin girls, I found a new love for sewing children's clothes. Now all three of my children are older and it is such a pleasure to have them ask me to make something for them and my son likes to join in the creativity of sewing. Happy Sewing! Eire gra mo chroi.
