Sewing! I'm also into gardening, cooking, baking, and running. I love knitting in the Winter too.

Garment sewing, of course!

Project Runway, This American Life, old time country music (Patsy Cline, etc)
What was the first project you ever made?
A tubular dress with ruching down the side and a scarf neckline for my four year old sister. That's the first thing I remember, anyway.

I love that crafting can bring meaning and thoughtfulness into our every day lives. Making clothing is the ultimate expression of that for me, because it's literally right next to your skin, representing you to the world. That's just one reason I love sewing!
