When did you first get in to cooking and do you remember the first recipe you tried?

When i was a child, i loved to cook. my parents were good cooks too. i rember making scones when i was about 5 at school, i always rember ,the teacher telling me how impressed she was. i was very pround of myself.

What's your kitchen like and how do you keep organized when cooking?

Its lovely, i am very lucky to havea big kitchen. i also have pantry with open shelves so i can see all my ingrediants. its a bit chaotic though. but i know where everything is, is no one else does!

What tips would you give to someone wanting to become a better cook?

just give it a go, don't be afraid to try new things and experiment. there is no right or wrong, just go with your gut. you will win some and loose some. not even i get it right first time. but most of all just enjoy it.

Who would you invite to your dream dinner party and what would you cook for them?

thats a tough one! Kate Moss, because she is an british Icon, Johnny Depp because i had a huge crush on him in the 90's. NIgella Lawson because she is one omy food heros. Leonardo DiCaprio, again because he is very easy on the eye and also a vegan, and Madonnna, again because she is an icon and i adored her in the 80's. all the people i imagine would be great fun at a party! i would cook Mexican sharing food, and make it really informal so everyone can relax and have fun. And serve some killer cocktails. i would also make churros with hot choclate chilli sauce to finish.

Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?

I went to Art school, so i am quite creative. But my main passion is cookery and Photography. I have been an interior designer in the past and love renovating our house and re decorating.

Which cooking blogs do you love to read?

One art Plant, The little Plantation, gather and feast, delisiously ella, thebodycoach, the happy pear, minamalist baker, halfbakedharvest, rainbowplantlife, gkstories, katie clova, oatmeal stories, Bosh Tv, Gaz Oakley, the first mess, yogaofcooking and ful.filled. there are so many i love.

Is there anything else you'd like to add?
