When did you first get in to cooking and do you remember the first recipe you tried?
I started help my parents in their kitchen while I was around 10 years old. What I can remember is I was standing on a stool and helping them making Chinese dumplings.
What's your kitchen like and how do you keep organized when cooking?
Always keep clear labels on jars and containers (because I was a Chemist). Always put same categories together and return back to the place after using it.
What tips would you give to someone wanting to become a better cook?
Practice makes perfect and be creative.
Who would you invite to your dream dinner party and what would you cook for them?
Friends. Cook them fantastic gluten-free dinner that they would be surprised that wheat is not the only choice in our diet.
