What are your hobbies?
Lots of outdoor hobbies, such as kayaking, camping and travelling. I like to stay in and cook a lot and explore local craft shops. I am also interested in videography and media, which I have developed into a YouTube channel, where I demonstrate weaving techniques (Bella Nunn- Youtube channel).
What are your favorite crafts and what's your craft space like?
I like to experiment with mixed media, especially textiles related, including, knitting, weaving and embroidery. The most important thing in my craft space is my loom, situated in my small apartment, along with shelves filled with interesting yarns and soft wools. I explore mark-making in my drawings and enjoy developing natural dyes.
What do you craft along to?
A travel podcast called 'Flying the Nest'. Also I'll have the radio on or maybe home renovation programs.
What was the first project you ever made?
I would do a lot of sewing crafts, such as making costumes for school plays. But the first thing I ever made would probably be a knitted scarf.
What are your favorite items to make?
I really enjoy making things for my home like throws, cushions and wall hangings because I love the feel of woven textures around me.
