When did you first get in to cooking and do you remember the first recipe you tried?

I got into cooking out of necessity. I was following a strict training program and my healthy foods were getting too bland. Paleo rocked my world, providing me with tons of food possibilities!

What's your kitchen like and how do you keep organized when cooking?

My kitchen is modern, with dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, glass backsplash, stainless steel applianced and dark hardwood floors. I always keep it clean and organized.

What tips would you give to someone wanting to become a better cook?

Don't be afraid to try new ingredients; add some spice to your recipes!

Who would you invite to your dream dinner party and what would you cook for them?

My husband. I love to cook for him. I would make him a 7 course meal, all Paleo, using nothing but organic/clean/healthy ingredients. :)

Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?

I love to lift weights; I also run, bike and hike to stay active. Lover of coffee!
