How would you describe your style and who are your style icons?
I like to dress pretty casually. My favorite seasons are fall and winter because I love scarves, hats and boots. Right now, I'm really into plaid print everything! For the most part, my style icons are people that I see on Instagram and Pinterest! I'm always browsing different accounts to see what's new and exciting in fashion.
What's in your everyday make-up bag?
I can't live without my Too Faced Romantic Eye palette. I use it almost every day. My favorite foundation is Loreal's True Match.
What is your beauty routine like?
I'm actually pretty low maintenance. On a normal day, I wear very light makeup and most of the time, I let my hair air dry. If I'm going out, I dry my hair with a paddle brush to smooth it as it dries, then I touch it up with a flat iron and finish off with a simple braid. For makeup, I use a foundation and bronzer. My favorite eye shadow shade to use is purple.
If you could makeover a celebrity, who would it be and what look would you give them?
I would have to say Miley Cyrus. I would love for her to go back to a softer look. My favorite look for her is in the video of her singing "Jolene" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOwblaKmyVw
of course, I would add a braid ;)
Any tips for someone wanting to mix up their look?
I'm always trying to show people in my posts on Instagram and my blog that you can change your look very easily with your hair. You do not have to be a hair expert to do creative styles. Even if you only know how to do a three strand braid, there are so many different styles you can easily achieve.
Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?
I have a lot of hobbies! Some of them are sewing, knitting, crocheting, drawing, photography and jewelry making. I would say the top two (if you don't count braiding) are photography and sewing.
