You will need

4 tbsp Unsalted Butter (softened) ¾ cup Granulated Sugar 1 cup Cake Flour ½ tsp Kosher Salt ¾ cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 6 cup Premium Vanilla Ice Cream 1 cup Heavy Cream (if non-alcoholic) OR 1 cup pinnacle cake vodka (if spiked)

Instructions

1. For the batter, beat butter and sugar until very light in color and fluffy (about 2 minutes).

2. Add cake flour and salt, mixing until just combined. Add the ¾ cup heavy cream and the vanilla, mixing until smooth.

3. Allow mixture to cool to thicken slightly (about 1 hour).

4. For each shake, use 1½ cups vanilla ice cream and ¼ of the cake batter. Add either heavy cream or cake vodka (2 liquid ounces per shake) and blend until smooth.
