Thanks so much to Gwenives for posting this tutorial, I've been wanting a pair of my own for so long but just didn't have the extra cash to spend! This was a fun and creative way to spice up an old pair of shoes. I went a bit darker green on my design to neutralize it a bit so I wouldn't have to worry so much about matching it with the clothes I wear. Also, I used fabric paint. I'm not too certain how they will hold up (I am getting some Mod Podge in the mail soon to seal it before I wear them anywhere), but so far the flexibility of the fabric paint is working great! Definitely making some more when I scavenge up another pair of plain shoes.
