I just LOVE Zombie stuff! :)
I used an old gift card (like from Best Buy, Walmart, etc.) and cut it up to the size & shape that I wanted. I drew the lettering and design on with sharpie pen, then painted over it with acrylic paint. I then "sealed" it with clear nail polish, and poked holes with a hot needle.
