I tried this out just the other night because I hear that toothpaste has something in it that helps rid the face of zits/acne.SO, here goes MY process! Enjoy!
First you will need to get a container (or just use your hand like I did cause it is easier and you WILL get your hands messy anyway). Put your toothpaste in your hand.
Add your salt and stir. (NOTE: You will feel a warmth to it but dont be alarmed. It helps to open your pores).
<----It will be thick and look like this.
Add a few drops of water (not too much or it will dissolve all the salt and make your toothpaste foamy and not scrubby. You NEED it scrubby because it's a face scrub). Mix till smooth(ish).
Smooth onto your face (gently!!!) and make sure not to get it too close to your eyes because the fumes of the toothpaste will agitate your eyes (ask me how I know...). It wont spread neatly, so dont worry about that till later.
After you smooth the toothpaste mixture onto your face, get a washcloth and put hot/warm water on it and wring it out.
Place on your face for about 50 seconds or until the washcloth begins to loose its warmth. Then repeat once more (so you will have it on your face for about one min. and ten seconds). (LOL FUNNY PHOTO)
Once that is completed, your toothpaste mixture will be VERY easy to spread completely on your face, so take your finger tips and gently massage your face. You will feel the salt move more freely. If not just add a little more water but not too much.
Rinse your face with warm water. By now your pores should be WIDE open and your face should feel really clean!!! ^_^
(Ignore the smiley face!) After you have rinsed your face, rub your noxema on ,rinse with warm water, PAT dry, and apply your clearasil stay clear treatment cream. (<---this is Noxema on my face not the clearasil cream).
In the morning just clean your face with your noxema again and you should see a BIG difference especially if you had a new mark on your face. It should be gone or nearly gone. PRETTY AND CLEAR! {FYI: the salt WILL dry your face out. Just use a FACE lotion. But if you still dont want to use that, you can use sugar instead. It cleans your face but it wont necessarily help to dry up your zits/acne.}.
