Yummy Vegetable Cheese Nuggets!

You can use any combination of grated vegetables and any cheese (that melts!)

You Will Need (9 things)

  • 2 medium Potatoes , grated
  • 1 large Green Pepper , grated
  • 2 small Carrot(s) , grated
  • 3 tblspns Garlic Powder
  • 1 tspns Chilli Flakes (optional)
  • 4 tblspns Cornflour
  • 1 cup freshly made Bread crumbs
  • Cheese cubes
  • Salt

Steps (11 steps, 20 minutes)

    Take all the grated vegetables in a large bowl.

    Toss in the garlic powder, chilli flakes, cornflour, breadcrumbs and salt to taste.

    You can toss in a pinch or two of pepper powder and/or a thinly sliced bird-eye chilli for extra spiciness.

    Mix well!

    Take a ball of the mixture.

    Flatten it

    Place a piece of the cheese cube in the centre

    (make small pieces of the cheese cubes beforehand)

    Fold the veggie mix around the cheese...

    ...and cover it completely.

    Now flatten the ball and give it a squarish shape

    Deep fry!

    You can freeze them for up to a week but they'll be gone before that ;)

    Serve hot and while they're still melty!
