cheese nuggets in 20 minutes!
You can use any combination of grated vegetables and any cheese (that melts!)

Step 1Take all the grated vegetables in a large bowl.

Step 2Toss in the garlic powder, chilli flakes, cornflour, breadcrumbs and salt to taste.
You can toss in a pinch or two of pepper powder and/or a thinly sliced bird-eye chilli for extra spiciness.Mix well!

Step 3Take a ball of the mixture.

Step 4Flatten it

Step 5Place a piece of the cheese cube in the centre
(make small pieces of the cheese cubes beforehand)

Step 6Fold the veggie mix around the cheese...

Step 7...and cover it completely.

Step 8Now flatten the ball and give it a squarish shape

Step 9Deep fry!
-
Step 10You can freeze them for up to a week but they'll be gone before that ;)

Step 11Serve hot and while they're still melty!

we get britannia cheese cubes here. it was like chedder. something tells me it'll be better with mozzarella
