This recipe os chicken salad is one of my favorites! I wanted to share the recipe and here it is :)

You Will Need (12 things)

  • Mayonnaise
  • ½ kg Chopped Chicken
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 1 medium size Cucumber
  • 2 small size Carrot
  • 1 tsp Tomato Sauce
  • Salt for taste
  • 4 Green Chili
  • 100 g Cashew Nuts
  • 2 medium size Onion(s)

Steps (6 steps, 40 minutes)

    Cut boneless chicken into small pieces. Make sure all pieces are relatively equal.

    Mix 1 egg, 1 table spoon of all purpose flour, 1 tea spoon of lemon juice and the chopped chicken together in a bowl.

    Fry the chopped chicken pieces individually.

    Chop carrots, cucumber and onions into small pieces. Slice green chili into half.

    Take a bowl. Add all items (chopped carrot, onion, cucumber, green chili, cashew nuts and fried chicken). Also add a tbsp of mayonnaise and a tsp of tomato sauce.

    Mix them really well and tada! Yummy salad ready to be served!
