Yum Yum Vegan Peanut Butter And Banana Muffins :D

Ohlala, Chinese Vegetarian Week is here!
Heaven for some, hell on earth for others.
It also didn't go so well for me because I just got my first muffin pan on the day before vegetarian week = =''. This meant that I can't make REAL muffins for almost two weeks! So I came up with these instead:)

You Will Need (11 things)
- 4 Small Banana(s) or
- 2 x Large Banana(s)
- 1 x (optional) Apple
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Flour
- ¼ cup Oats
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- Just a pinch of Salt
- ¼ cup Apple Sauce
Steps (9 steps, 40 minutes)

Preheat Oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Cut up the bananas and (optional) apple(s) in a large mixing bowl.

Spoon in the peanut butter and mash up the fruits with the peanut butter till smooth. (This might take a while :P)

A smooth mixture should look something like this...
Kinda looks like baby food doesn't it XD -

Add the flour(I used whole-wheat for a more healthy option), oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and vanilla. Mix Again:)

Add the Applesauce last, and mix one last time.

Spoon in the mixture into muffin pan, it should make six.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
