You Will Need

Step 1Prepare yarns in different colors. Cut a string of yarn with appropriate length. Glue a little on one end of the hair hoop.

Step 2Roll the yarn
Stick one end of the yarn on the hair hoop and start to roll the yarn. Change a color when you roll a length of it. Don't forget to glue the ends. -
Step 3Stick a button
When roll the whole hair hoop, place two short strings of yarns in the button as the picture shows and glue the ends with button. Stick the button on the hair hoop.
