I made these for myself, then I realized that they were the perfect gift for my beautiful and amazing fashionista sister. Love ya Sis.
I wish I could have posted this as a tutorial, but I figured that 1) it was self-explanatory and 2) most people wouldn't have the type of earrings needed for it just lying around. Mine were discarded by my mother.
If you do have the right type of hoops and a desire to make them, make sure to secure the ends with a dot of superglue.
