Based on Wool Hair Falls by Momo
What I used:
1ounce of cobalt blue roving wool
1ounce of plum roving wool
(I also added black yarn to it)
Rave hairspray (Spray wool then roll with palms)
Ponytail holder (loop over and add yarn)
