I made this crayon holder for my niece when she was in preschool. She had a little craft area and I thought this would be a cute way for her to store her crayons and practice fine motor skills.
I made this crayon holder for my niece when she was in preschool. She had a little craft area and I thought this would be a cute way for her to store her crayons and practice fine motor skills.
-Cut a 4 x 4 as long as you'd like the holder.
-Mark your drill with a bit, slightly larger than a crayon, with tape the depth you want the crayons to go into the block of wood. -Sand down drilled holes.
-Use tape to mark off where you want stain/paint.
-Add a name using a Cricut or a stencil.
-Spray with clear coat.
