(Bottom rim) Leaving a long tail for sewing, ch 21. (2sc, sc, sc, sc, sc) around, making a sc on the last ch. (2sc, sc, sc, sc, sc, sc) around. Sl to next sc and fasten off. With long tail, sew rim to top part of hat.
