If this has been done before I'm sorry. I just finished this and thought it might be nice to share. With a bit of practice it becomes easier to bend the wrapped bail into itself.

Description

If this has been done before I'm sorry. I just finished this and thought it might be nice to share. With a bit of practice it becomes easier to bend the wrapped bail into itself.

Instructions

  1. I used a thick gauge coper wire and a thinner gauge. Pick you gauge based on the size of the pendant. Feed both wires through the pendant.

  2. Twist the thin gauge wire around the thicker gauge and then wrapped around the base of the pendant continue to wrap up the pendant about one and half wraps.

  3. When I got to the top I began wrapping the larger gauge wire at the top. Wrap it very tightly and close together. When I wrapped enough I cut both wires. Then I used my round nose pliers to gently bend the bail into the hole of the pendant. Be careful because the thinner wire likes to straighten out as you bend.
