These were really easy to do and I would write a how to but I'm not sure what I would say. All you have to is take some wire and start wrapping it into a ball, I occasionally added some purple glass seed beads to add a little bit of interest but you can be totally creative with these. Then I added a little chain, although the chain I used was a little on the long side.
