I took this wild yellow zebra print fabric with multicolor accents and made a high-waisted mini skirt. I added some fringe around the waist with neon star beads on each piece for even more color. I gave it a half elastic waistband to help the fit. This skirt would be so much fun to dance in! Great for parties or raves.
