White velvet Cake with chocolate Covering
Nice moist cake.
you can cover & decorate as you like.
Heat oven 180 degrees.
Mix together flour, bicarb, baking powder, salt & sugar.
Mix together oil, vanilla, egg whites & buttermilk.
Mix together wet & dry ingredients until just combined.
Pour into tins & bake for 40-45 mins.
Until cooked through.
Cover & decorate as you like.
I used chocolate butter cream icing with dark chocolate drizzle.
Top with chocolates & gold edible spray
Cut & serve
