I've been planning on making a tutu for my daughter's halloween costume this year. What a better time than now to get some practice in! It's on a ribbon waist that ties with a cut little bow in the back, mainly because I HATE elastic. This took me about 2 hours to make. I know the toddler looks mad. I made her stop dancing so I could take the picture.
