This is pretty easy to make. It is a one pot deal so not too much washing up. It is a little temperamental about setting up some times, but if it does not set up return it to the pot & add some more chocolate.
This is pretty easy to make. It is a one pot deal so not too much washing up. It is a little temperamental about setting up some times, but if it does not set up return it to the pot & add some more chocolate.
Melt the condensed milk, butter & chocolate together on a low heat.
Let cook for a few minutes until the chocolate is melted but the mixture does not colour.
Remove from the heat. Fill a basin or sink with cold water. Put the pan into the water to cool it down quickly. Beat the fudge mixture until it starts to thicken.
Pour into the tray & allow to set.
Cut into cubes or bite sized pieces.
