White Chocolate Fudge
Wonderfully soft white chocolate fudge recipe.
Place the sugar, glucose and double cream in a saucepan over a medium- high heat. Use a sugar thermometer to get it to 110°C.
Once it reaches 110°C beat in the white chocolate and butter. Quickly pour it into your moulds and refrigerate. Once cooled you can cut into your desired shape and size.

Store in the fridge for best results serve cold.
