White chocolate & nut cookies
Sweet cookies.
You can use any type of nuts you like.
I used walnuts & cashews.

Step 1Heat oven 200 degrees.
Cream butter, sugar & salt together.

Step 2Add egg, flour & baking powder.

Step 3Add 3/4 of chocolate & nuts.
Mix through.

Step 4Spoon small amounts of mixture onto a baking sheet.

Step 5Divide the remaining chocolate & nuts on top of the mixture.
Press in.

Step 6Bake for 15 mins.
Serve.
