White Chocolate Cake
This is a dense cake a little like cheesecake.
It is easy enough to make.
It will rise when cooking & fall when cooled (don't worry).

Step 1Melt the chocolate.

Step 2Sift the flour, baking powder & salt together in a bowl.

Step 3In a separate bowl, cream butter & sugar together.

Step 4Add eggs 1 at a time.

Step 5Add the vanilla.

Step 6Add the flour & milk alternating until all is incorporated.

Step 7Add the chocolate & combine.

Step 8Pour into tin & cook at 350 degrees for 30 mins, until cooked.

Step 9Cool cake.
Make up icing.

Step 10Drizzle over the cake.
Serve.
