This classic whiskey cocktail combines The Dubliner Irish Whiskey Liqueur with lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white for a fruity and refreshing serve.

You will need

Juice from a Lemon 1 Egg White ¼ oz Simple Syrup 2 oz The Dubliner Irish Whiskey Liqueur Ice Orange(s) slice to serve Cherry to serve

This classic whiskey cocktail combines The Dubliner Irish Whiskey Liqueur with lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white for a fruity and refreshing serve.

Instructions

1. 

   Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add The Dubliner Irish Whiskey Liqueur, egg white and simple syrup.

2. 

   Squeeze in the juice from a lemon.

3. 

   Shake well and strain into a short glass filled with ice.

4. 

   Serve with a slice of orange and a cherry.
