1. Start by sectioning the hair and curling with a 1 inch curling iron. 2. Once finished curling, tease the crown to add a bit of “oomph.” 3. Pull your hair half up and secure with a clear elastic. 4. Tie a pretty ribbon (the one shown is from Michaels) around the clear elastic. Voilà! A chic and feminine style that is easy and fun.
