I mostly used the pattern available for free here http://dollmakersjourney.com/giraffe.html I altered the pattern a little, I used wooden dowel rods in the legs for added stability, and I used sand in the feet to weigh them down. I also used no glue in the construction of my giraffe, unlike the original pattern. The mane and tail were hand tied onto the doll :) I can't seem to add what you'll need right now, so for the time being, you will need!: -Giraffe print fabric -Teddy bear eyes -Thread -Wool (for mane and tail) -Wooden dowel -Brown fabric -Plastic sandwich bags -Fine sand
