use a compass to make the pattern. cut your paper circle in half to make the template. cut out as shown on the picture, and also cut out a small rectangle from green felt.
cut them down to size and glue as shown.
like in the picture, fold the rectangle around the keyfob. sew 'seeds' onto the red piece as shown. sew it all up, as shown in the title picture. all done!
