Watermelon, burrata and blueberries

You will need

2 cup Watermelon cubed 1 ball Burrata ½ cup Blueberries 2 tbsp Honey Mint Leaves to taste

Watermelon, burrata and blueberries

Instructions

1. Divide the watermelon cubes equally between two plates.

2. Gently tear the burrata into pieces and divide equally.

3. Dot with blueberries and mint leaves. Drizzle with honey to taste and enjoy.
