This took a lot of time to color my whole head and neck blue and white. I colored the out corners of my lips white to blend in with my cheeks, and colored the center of my lips blue to give the appearance that my lips were more "fishy." I did blunt blue cheek contouring, Gothic-style eye make-up, and finished off the look with big eyelashes and gems that I applied with eyelash glue.
