Most of the time spent on this project is letting the nail polish/paint dry. I wanted a nice and simple gift for my mom, and this came to mind

You Will Need

Step 1Get a washer

Step 2Get your toggle set, and tie it onto each end of your string

Step 3
Write your message on the washer, and paint over it with nail polish or spray paint. If the message gets covered, wait till it dries, and rewrite the message. Wait for the washer to dry completely before proceeding to the next step.

Step 4Connect the string to the washer by making a loop in the center of the string, and stringing it through the hole. Then pull the two ends through the loop together. If you want, you can add a charm onto the necklace
