Its a pen inspired by Sailor Moon/my Sailor Doodle dream.In my Sailor Doodle Dream, I found the wand of the creasent moon, Exept this time it had A blue star on it. It might have changed forms, but I don't know. Anyway I used it to Defeat Evil, and made the Ghost of Sailor Spirit proud.

The Wand of the cresent moon isn't mine. but this wand is mine.
